NICARDIPINE 10 ML BT 5

1- Hypertension accompanied by visceral damage threatening short-term vital prognosis (hypertensive emergency) particularly in cases of :

• Malignant hypertension (with stage III hypertensive retinopathy).
• Hypertensive encephalopathy.
• dissection aortique
• Aortic dissection.
• Left ventricular decompensation with pulmonary edema.
• Certain severe pre-eclampsia jeopardizing maternal vital prognosis.

2- In the anesthesia setting :

• Controlled hypotension.
• Hypertension during the perioperative period.
