Announcement: MédiS Laboratories Award Prix MédiS for Best Orthopedic Thesis at the 38th National SOTCOT Congress

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

In 2023, MédiS Laboratories is pleased to invite you to participate in the Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis in its third edition. We are eagerly anticipating your submissions, adhering to the general terms outlined in the Prix MédiS Charter, before May 10, 2023.

1/ The Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis applies to any thesis defended in 2022 in the field of orthopedics, focusing on a topic chosen freely by the medical student.

2/ The Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis is open to all medical students who defended their theses in orthopedics during 2022 at various medical faculties in Tunisia.

3/ Works submitted to other contests will not be accepted for the Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis.

4/ Submissions for the Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis must be sent electronically within the deadlines specified to MédiS Laboratories (s.halaiedh@medis.com.tn).

5/ MédiS Laboratories will award a prize worth 5,000 DT, distributed as follows: a first prize of 2,500 DT for the top laureate and 500 DT for their supervisor, a second prize of 1,500 DT for the second laureate and 500 DT for their supervisor.

6/ To be eligible for the Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis, the candidate and/or their supervisor must be physically present at the award ceremony.

7/ Candidates must include, along with their thesis, an original article format as per the guidelines of the "Tunisie Orthopédique" journal, accompanied by a submission letter to "Tunisie Orthopédique." Alternatively, candidates must provide a written and signed commitment to submit their work as an original thesis to the "Tunisie Orthopédique" journal within three months from the congress date, if an article format is not included.

8/ The Prix MédiS for the Best Orthopedic Thesis will be presented during the national SOTCOT congress, scheduled to take place from June 1st to 3rd in Hammamet.
