The operating mode of MCL

1- Skills of our Teams: Our teams are technicians, engineers and specialized pharmacists, all trained specifically on business Good practices as well as GMP GLP (good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practice) and all have an ongoing training program.

2- Compliance with international standards: ISO Standards, AFNOR Standards & Pharmacopeia (European, American, Japanese, British ...)

3- The quality of consumables and equipment: The supply of reagents is done from international companies recognized by the European and American Pharmacopoeia and the different communities.

The purchase of referenced substances (essential for the comparative tests of purity of raw materials and finished goods) and international standards are made only at the European and American Pharmacopoeia Council
The maintenance of our equipment is provided by the parent company/house office, with regular maintenance contracts as well as periodic qualifications ensuring the guarantee of the reached/obtained control results.

4- Our information system is based on 'LIMS' software of information management that manages/handles the procedural system and life cycle analysis (from receipt of the sample to the edition of the inspection certificate) with unfailing and very detailed traceability. It manages, among others, the equipment qualifications, staff empowerment and dashboards.
